At Pleasant Hill we believe that Christian Service is vital for a person’s spiritual growth. In Ephesians 4:11-12, the apostle Paul states that “He (Jesus) gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up…”
Christianity and Ministry go hand in hand. No one can say “Yes!” to Christ and “No” to His Church. The leaders of Pleasant Hill maintain that God has uniquely gifted every member for the purpose of building up the body of Christ while serving and meeting the needs of the community.
